Stuffed Peppers
These stuffed peppers are filled with a savory combination of ground beef, rice, and vegetables, then baked in the oven.

INGREDIENTS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cut the tops off of the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Place the peppers in a baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and crumbly. Drain off excess grease.
- Stir the cooked rice, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and black pepper into the beef mixture. Spoon the beef mixture into the prepared bell peppers.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the peppers, and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
