Classic Meatloaf
This classic meatloaf is a comforting family favorite. It's made with ground beef, onion, garlic, and seasonings and topped with a ketchup glaze.

INGREDIENTS

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, 1/4 cup of the ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar. Mix together lightly but thoroughly.
- Lightly pack the mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Spread the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf is 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
