New York Style Cheesecake
This classic New York style cheesecake is creamy and smooth with a graham cracker crust.

INGREDIENTS

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar.
- Press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven. Allow to cool.
