Barbecue Pulled Pork
This Barbecue Pulled Pork is slow cooked in a crock pot and then finished off with a homemade barbecue sauce for the perfect sandwich filling.

INGREDIENTS
- Place pork shoulder, onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper into a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until pork is tender.
- Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return pork to slow cooker and stir in any remaining juices from the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Serve pulled pork on buns with your favorite barbecue sauce.
