Classic Lasagna

INGREDIENTS
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain fat.
- Stir in tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Spread 1 cup of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange 3 noodles over the sauce. Spread 1/2 of the ricotta cheese over the noodles. Top with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Spoon 1 cup of the meat sauce over the cheese. Repeat layering twice more. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
