Spinach and Artichoke Dip
This creamy, cheesy dip is a delicious appetizer for any occasion.

INGREDIENTS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook spinach until thawed. Drain, and squeeze dry with paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Stir in mozzarella cheese.
- Spread into an 8 inch baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
