Fried Pickles

- Working in batches, dip the pickle slices in the buttermilk and then dredge them in the batter until evenly coated.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches, fry the pickles for 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Transfer the fried pickles to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
