Lemon Bars

INGREDIENTS

- In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, 1 cup granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and cornstarch until smooth. Pour over the cooled crust.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes in the preheated oven. The filling should be set, and the top lightly browned.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving.
