- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with butter or nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugars until combined. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract. Gently fold in the mashed bananas until combined. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
