Spinach and Feta Stuffed Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix together the feta cheese, cooled spinach mixture, salt, and pepper. Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
