Rosemary Bread

INGREDIENTS

- Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and shape into a round loaf. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with the rosemary leaves. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the bread for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center registers 190°F.
