Naan Bread
Naan is a leavened, oven-baked flatbread found in the cuisines of South and Central Asia.

INGREDIENTS
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add the oil, yogurt, and warm water. Stir until combined.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and flatten slightly. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C). Bake for 8 minutes, or until golden brown.
