Shoyu Ramen

INGREDIENTS
- In a large pot, heat the shoyu broth over medium-high heat. Add the soy sauce, mushrooms, scallions, ginger, and garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls. Top each bowl with one slice of pork chashu and ladle the hot broth over the top. Serve immediately.
