Shrimp Scampi
This classic Italian dish is a delicious combination of garlic, butter, and shrimp.

INGREDIENTS

- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add the remaining butter to the pan and melt. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the lemon juice, white wine, parsley, salt, and pepper and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Return the shrimp to the pan and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
