Focaccia Bread
This focaccia bread is a delicious Italian-style flatbread that's perfect for dipping in olive oil or topping with your favorite ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Stir in the olive oil and warm water until the dough comes together. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with olive oil. Transfer the dough to the pan and press it into the corners. Cover the pan with a damp towel and let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Make dimples in the top of the dough with your fingertips. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
