Nicoise Salad
A classic French salad made with tuna, potatoes, green beans, and olives

INGREDIENTS
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Bring another large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and then remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes before draining and running under cold water. Peel and quarter eggs.
- In a large bowl, combine the tuna, potatoes, green beans, olives, eggs, capers, and vinaigrette dressing. Toss to combine.
