Classic Quiche Lorraine
This classic quiche Lorraine is a delicious combination of bacon, eggs, and cheese baked in a flaky pastry crust.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate. Prick the bottom of the crust several times with a fork.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan, reserving 2 tablespoons of the fat. Crumble bacon and set aside.
- Add onion to the reserved bacon fat and saute until tender. Spread the onions over the bottom of the prepared crust.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, butter, salt, and pepper. Stir in bacon and cheese.
- Pour egg mixture into the prepared crust. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until center is set. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
