Key Lime Pie

INGREDIENTS

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until evenly blended.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and key lime juice until smooth. Pour into cooled crust.

- In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the cooled pie. Refrigerate leftovers.
