Caramel Popcorn
A delicious and crunchy caramel popcorn recipe that is easy to make.

INGREDIENTS
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
- In a large pot over medium heat, add the popcorn kernels and vegetable oil. Cover the pot and shake until the kernels have popped.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar, honey, and salt. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is bubbling. Remove from heat.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and stir until the popcorn is evenly coated. Spread the popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
